TÜV SÜD wins "automotive TopCareer AWARD" for the second time

For the second time, TÜV SÜD has won the "automotive TopCareer AWARD" as the most attractive employer among service providers in the automotive trade. This is the vote of around 1,600 students from industry-specific study programs and young professionals in an online survey. The award is presented by the Institute of the Automotive Industry (IfA) of the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences and Automobilwoche magazine.

The "automotive TopCareer AWARD" underscores TÜV SÜD's commitment to leadership culture and employee motivation. In addition to excellent career opportunities, TÜV SÜD's attractiveness also includes its internationality and corporate culture. Another plus: TÜV SÜD is at the forefront of many megatrends, such as electromobility, automated driving or innovations for the automotive trade. Young employees can thus play a concrete role in shaping the future in important subject areas. Innovative diversity of topics, enormous development opportunities, internationality and, last but not least, safety are just some of the factors that speak in favour of a career start at TÜV SÜD.

The award is based on the IfA's annual "TopCareer" study. It examines the employer attractiveness of individual companies in the automotive industry from the perspective of students. For this purpose, the total of 60 participating companies are divided into six strategic groups: automotive manufacturers, automotive suppliers, and automotive trade groups, as well as captive financial service providers, consulting companies, and automotive trade service providers. In addition to TÜV SÜD, Porsche, Porsche Financial Services, Bosch, McKinsey & Company and the Hahn Group received awards in the other categories. The assessment criteria include job security and salary levels but for example also management culture, ethical principles, and a company's image.
