• 电气监督管理委员会（ERAC）

法规

• 根据风险等级，设备共分为三级（3级=高风险；2级=中等风险；1级=低风险），不同等级要求不同。*
• 2级和3级产品必须满足安全标准，通过以下方式获得认证：

• 从州/地区有关当局获得批准证书（CoA），并加带适当标志；或
• 从认可的认证机构获得法规符合性标志（RCM）

• 对于1级产品而言，可以获得适用性证书（CoS）。制造商对于产品安全性负有全责，必须严格遵从澳大利亚标准。
• 符合AS/NZS 和/或IEC标准。

* 新南威尔士州(NSW)并未参与电气设备安全体系。NSW保留现有声明/未声明的分类和要求体系。

指导

• 责任供应商必须是具备合法可证明身份的澳大利亚或新西兰实体，同时具备澳大利亚商业代码（ABN）或新西兰税务局（IRD）代码，责任供应商需要在国家数据库进行2级和3级电气设备注册**。.
• 须由获得国家检测机构协会（NATA）认可的测试实验室或获得监管机构认证通过的实验室出具测试报告。
• CoA认证仅覆盖产品安全。然而，RCM认证同时覆盖安规和EMC要求（在适用情况下）。

** 澳大利亚境内应用的CoA或RCM认证与新西兰合规标准类似，反之亦然。

REGULATIONS

The RLN recognises three compliance levels:

• Compliance level 1 (low-risk device)
• Compliance level 2 (medium-risk device)
• Compliance level 3 (high-risk device).

Testing of products subject to an EMC standard:

• Low- and medium-risk device — testing can be conducted by any testing body or in-house test facility
• High-risk device — testing must be conducted by an accredited testing body.

Labelling:

• The EMC LN requires a supplier of products (other than low-risk devices) subject to the EMC regulatory arrangements to apply a compliance label to a product before it can be supplied to the Australian market. Labelling of low-risk devices is optional.

GUIDELINES

1. Identify the applicable labelling notice
2. Identify the applicable technical standards and the testing requirements
3. Demonstrate product compliance
4. Complete a Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and maintain compliance records
5. Register as a “responsible supplier”
6. Label the product
