OUR REPLICATION SERVICES

During the continued operation of a plant the materials are subjected to operating temperatures and pressures, time as well as environmental conditions that can all negatively impact on the integrity of the material. Metallographic replication is a method used to conduct on-site analysis of the material. The analysis by means of replication provides a direct evaluation method for creep damage in components, which can be directly used to do remaining life assessments.
