What Is Article 6.4? 

Article 6.4 of the Paris Agreement establishes a new international carbon market mechanism designed to support countries in achieving their climate commitments, known as Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs). It facilitates the generation and exchange of carbon credits derived from verified emission reduction and removal projects globally, with a strong emphasis on sustainable development and environmental integrity.
