The TÜV SÜD Safety Gauge 2013 research is the first of its kind to investigate corporate product safety practices alongside consumer attitudes and experiences.
The study was undertaken by an independent research institute and conducted in top-tier cities in United States, the United Kingdom, China, India and Japan.
