This SS 590:2013 awareness course is designed to provide the overall understanding on the locally recognised and accredited food safety management system in Singapore. The SS 590 was published to replace and upgrade the previous Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) HACCP Document No. 2: Management of Food Safety based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). HACCP system has gained national and international endorsement as an effective means for ensuring food safety. With this course, you will learn the general idea of hazard analysis and critical control point and food safety management.
