ABOUT THE IATF 16949 INTERNAL AUDITOR & IATF CORE TOOLS COURSE

This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively conduct internal audits and implement core tools in the automotive industry.

Our ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Automotive – Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor Training covers the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards. Participants will learn how to conduct internal audits based on these standards, ensuring compliance with industry requirements. Our team of trained auditors will guide participants through the training, providing a valuable opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.

In addition, our IATF Core Tools training provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA core tools. These quality core tools are essential building blocks for effectively creating and managing an organisation's quality management system. Our training program delves into process flows, Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Advanced Quality Control Plans, shop floor documentation, and how they can be linked and used to achieve process standardisation and improvement. We also focus on PPAP, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).

Upon completion of the course, participants will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to conduct internal audits and implement core tools, ultimately improving the efficiency and effectiveness of your organisation's quality management system.

Duration: 5-day course (3-day for IATF 16949 Internal Auditor course & 2-day for IATF Core Tools course)
