As time goes by, our fledgling professionals will take on more responsibility. You will acquire the necessary specialised knowledge from experienced team members during your induction period. In some countries, you may also follow a specific training plan during your first few years to gain the skills and legal requirements needed for you to perform certifications yourself and assess complex systems.
