Job-Description:

These are subject matter experts who are responsible for maintaining the SAP system landscape and solving any problems that arise. Solving user problems, which are escalated via tickets to the appropriate ticket groups or mailbox, is also an essential part of the job. In addition, procedures are developed for the installation and administration of the hardware and software of the SAP systems in order to achieve or maintain the agreed service levels.

Key tasks:

• Communicate actions on SAP systems to designated contacts

• Fast recovery of disrupted IT services

• Telephone support for questions relating to the operation of SAP applications

• Import required SAP custom notes for bug fixes

• Defining and creating roles and profiles (including FIORIS)

• User recertification by deactivating and, if necessary, deleting inactive SAP users according to specified parameters

• Creation, evaluation and implementation of SOS reports

• Distinguish, according to the TÜV SÜD processes, whether there is a change or an incident and what the appropriate action should be

• Support services in case of "problems", new functionalities, upgrades, projects on demand

• Support services in the area of monitoring and, where necessary, setting benchmarks for tools in use, including the introduction of best practice and lessons learned. Identifying trends and possible sources of error, for example through performance analysis

• Support services for SAP platform management, technical application support and security and access management

TÜV SÜD uses an Identity & Access Management System for the authorization management of employees. The system has a webshop with approx. 1000 authorization products with a strong upward trend & varying complexity in terms of product structure and approval workflows.

A second platform is used for managing external identities.

Essential tasks:

• Clarification of requirements for general changes on the IAM platforms
• Coordination of development packages with external service providers as part of the regular release cycle
• Clarification of requirements with contact persons for new products or product adaptations, consulting regarding TÜV SÜD standard processes in the authorization environment
• Structured filling of a product upload file
• Execution of product upload
• Testing of the product configurations in the test environment and acceptance together with the contact person
• Implementation of minor adjustments in the backend of the authorization software
• Extension of the existing documentation
• Contact person for non-support-related questions about the product catalog

In addition:

• Provision of in-house consulting services in all disciplines of requirements engineering in agile and non-agile projects on both the business and IT side
• Elicitation and documentation of technical requirements, partial coordination of implementation and acceptance
• Controlling and project-related accounting of expenses

Requirements

• Completed studies in economics, (business) informatics or comparable training
• Experience in IT project management and IT requirements management
• Very good independent, methodical and conceptual work, high level of analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• High IT affinity and interest in innovation
• Confident appearance, strong interpersonal skills, above-average communication, moderation and presentation skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills, preferable also German

With the expansion of TÜV SÜD, data analyzation has becoming significantly important. The Development Main Application Team is now seeking a MS BI Developer to help scale this innovative development ecosystem.

Essential tasks:

• Development and operation of SQL Server Master Data Services (MDS).
• Development of ETL procedures with integration services SSIS and SQL procedures.
• Analysis Services SSAS Multidimensional Cube and MDX
• Creating Reports with SSRS Reporting Services and Power BI
• Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support business intelligence and data analytics needs
• Conception and implementation of data integration from different systems including development of data structures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL Knowledge
• Extensive experience in performance analysis, query optimization, and automation of processes with agent jobs.
• Proven expertise with the SQL knowledge and data warehouse, database design, Power BI Report Server, SSAS Tabular, C#, DAX and Azure
• Extensive experience in database management, migration and in-depth knowledge of ensuring data quality
• Practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server management and operations (ideally)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.

We the Development Application Team are looking for a dedicated software developer to strengthen our software developer team, who are working on one of the most important long existing applications at TÜV SÜD.

Essential tasks:

• Design, develop, and architect scalable applications, ensuring security and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, and maintainability across all projects.
• Define and implement application logic and business rules using visual programming or scripting features provided by the low-code platform.
• Configure workflows, validations, and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development and architecture, with a strong focus on full-stack solutions.
• Proven expertise with the ASP .Net (highly preferred).
• Solid understanding of the following web technologies: VB.Net, Oracle DB, SQL.
