Course Overview

This course will introduce learners to asset performance management (APM) concepts and approaches. APM is an integrated, connected enterprise solution that enables asset-intensive organisations to drive safer, more reliable operations while facilitating optimal performance at a lower sustainable cost. Learners will appreciate how to leverage APM to reduce unplanned downtime, decrease maintenance costs, and reduce Environmental, Health & Safety risks.

Learners will learn about the opportunities and challenges of APM entails and allows learners to relate learnings to the appropriate Smart Industry Readiness Index dimensions. The training also provides learners with industry use cases and best practices
