Depending on the product in question, the test procedure developed by TÜV SÜD are based on standard: IEC 63202-1 (Photovoltaic cells - Part 1: Measurement of light-induced degradation of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells)

    The product certified by TÜV SÜD Product Service is for utilization as photovoltaic cells.

  • LID Qualified
    The voluntary certification mark with the statement “LID Qualified” is issued for products, indicating that the product was tested and certified by the independent third-party organization of TÜV SÜD Product Service for conformity with the essential technical requirements for light-induced degradation (LID).
  • Cell Mismatch Controlled
