new regulation 115/2022

To get into the Brazilian market and commercialize hazardous locations products, it is necessary to grant the INMETRO certificate according to the Ordinance 115/2022, that replaced 179/2010.

This webinar will help you to understand the main differences between the revoked Ord.179/2010 and the new Ord.115/2022 and what might be critical for your business.

If you have already ATEX/IECEx certificates for your products, with this webinar, you will be able to know how to proceed to INMETRO certification using your current ATEX/IECEx valid certificates.

INMETRO compulsory certification aims to provide to users and owners of “Ex” equipment and facilities with the necessary confidence that “Ex” equipment were manufactured, evaluated, tested and certified, and can therefore be considered “safe” for installation in classified areas containing flammable gases or combustible dust, without the risk of representing a source of ignition, which could cause accidents with catastrophic consequences.
