After the publishing of an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) regarding Clothing Storage Unit (CSU) tip overs1, CPSC received a request from The American Home Furnishings Alliance (AHFA) to extend the comments period by an additional 75 days. CPSC grants AAFA’s request to extend the end of comments period from the original 29 January 2018 to 14 April 2018.
The comments period extension is documented in Federal Register2 on 17 January 2018.
