AUGUST 2021 - TOYS AND CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS
France has recently published the updated standard list for Decree No. 91-12921 on Childcare articles in Notice JORF No. 0165 of July 18, 20212. This new notice cancels and replaces the notice with the same subject published in the Official Journal of the French Republic of February 8, 20203. The main changes are as follows:
New versions of the following standards are added, all applicable products that comply with the previous standards can still be put on the market or imported until 1 July 2022 and marketed until stocks are exhausted.
