Basis of certification (Test requirements):
The certification mark is awarded within the framework of voluntary testing and certification. It demonstrates that the product has been tested and certified by the third-party organization TÜV SÜD. The certification mark is only affixed to products that undergo inspection by TÜV SÜD Product Service and comply with the criteria quoted below.

The Society of Motion Pictures and Television Engineers opted to introduce its own colour standard, DCI-P3. The DCI-P3 colour standard is compatible with all digital projectors on the cinematic level and DCI-P3 opts for a colour gamut that is nearly a quarter wider than sRGB counterpart. Especially for red and green.
