Internal Auditor on FSMS based on FSSC 22000 Version 5.1 Standard
The basic objective of this ISO 22000 internal auditor training and certification program based on FSSC 22000 Ver 5.1 is to make the participants aware about the basic requirements of ISO 22000:2018 standard and enable learners to successfully plan and conduct internal audits based on the applicable standards.

Course Description
This FSSC 22000 internal auditor training program is structured to provide an overall understanding of ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system requirements, sector-specific prerequisite programs (PRPs), (ISO/TS 22002-x-series or other specific PRP standard), and FSSC 22000 additional requirements.
This 2-day FSSC 22000 internal auditor training course based on FSSC 22000 Ver 5.1 standard, will be conducted by our experienced auditors and tutors. They have extensive knowledge and experience in conducting audits providing trainings to numerous organisations from diverse industries. They will share their experiences and expertise on ISO 22000:2018 standards requirements.
Methodology
Instructor-led training in a virtual classroom. This means the course is Live Online. Participants will learn through online teaching. Lectures, case studies, group exercises, discussions, problem solving, examples with explanation, assignments and/or quizzes happen in the virtual classroom training. Participants need to connect to the class from any internet accessible location. Each module is delivered live using webinar technology, creating a virtual classroom learning environment. Live sessions provide you with direct access to the trainer so you can ask questions, understand complex concepts and share ideas with peers. Webcam and microphone are REQUIRED to interact with the instructor and/or other participants.

Learning Assessments
- Participants will be assessed through a 50 marks objective type examination (open book) at the end of the course
- Minimum passing% criteria: 60%.( 30 Marks)
- A TÜV SÜD Academy certificate of “Internal Auditor training program on FSSC 22000 ver 5.1” will be issued to participants only after successful completion based on performance during the course and in written examination
- Others who have not successfully completed the course will be issued a certificate of attendance
