If company visitor and travel restrictions to the site have been lifted, on site audits should be reinstated. The intent is to go back to onsite auditing as soon as is safe for all parties involved, but not before. Guidelines established by our Health and Safety group will be followed.
If the client policy continues to restrict visitor and travel restrictions or there is a reasonable concern for the auditor and client safety, remote auditing should be continued through the end of 2020 or until further notice.
Written approval from the client as well as the Auditor completing the Virtual Audit Checklist must be uploaded to ICERT at the completion of the audit.
It is suggested that a Test Run be scheduled prior to the Virtual Audit date to assure all parties are familiar with audit proceedings and to make sure that the audit is not delayed. This decision will be up to the customer depending on their expertise with Microsoft Teams or Zoom approach.
