About the Speakers

Customer Success Manager, TÜV SÜD

As Customer Success Manager for TUV SUD’s Business Assurance team, Melissa is tasked with helping clients achieve their short and long term certification objectives, while balancing the rules that govern how certification bodies make certain decisions.  Melissa has worked in the Testing Inspection Certification (TIC) industry since 2009 with a strong focus on management systems. During this time, she has supported both large and small organizations on the path to certification through her knowledge of certification rules and guidelines.

Alex Song
Program Manager & Lead Auditor - IATF16949/ISO 9001/VDA 6.1/IRIS, TÜV SÜD

Alex Song is the Program Manager and Lead Auditor for IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.1 and IRIS in the Business Assurance Division of TÜV SÜD.  Alex has a wealth of experience in Automotive certification and has been in the Testing Inspection Certification (TIC) industry since 1994. His current responsibilities include performing certification audits in N. America for automotive standards, and providing training for automotive product technical management including IATF, VDA and IRIS standards.

Ed Chandler
Account Executive and Cybersecurity Lead, TÜV SÜD

Ed Chandler has worked in the technology field since 2010, and Cybersecurity since 2011. During this time he has had great success working for organizations such as Trustwave, Great Bay Software, and Virtual Forge. In Cybersecurity he has had the opportunity to work with organizations in sectors such as: Financial Services, Education, Government, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
