ABOUT THE COURSE

The WSQ ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems Implementer (Level 5) course is a 33.5-hour program designed for professionals such as sustainability officers, facility managers, and consultants. The course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to implement effective energy management systems in organizations. Through modules covering energy performance, energy audits, performance management, and energy efficiency opportunities, participants will learn to recall ISO standards, conduct energy audits, apply energy performance models, and identify renewable energy opportunities.

This course is one of the core modules under the Professional Certification in Business Sustainability Management ISO Standards, developed in collaboration with NTUC LearningHub. Enjoy up to 70% course fee funding & 90% salary support.*

WHAT IS THE COURSE METHODOLOGY?

Participants will learn through lectures, case studies, group exercises, hands-on exercises and discussions. The course will be conducted in virtual format with a duration of 33.5 hours.

Certification Obtained and Conferred by

  • Upon meeting the attendance and assessment(s) criteria, participants will be awarded with a digital Statement of Attainment (SOA), accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore. SOA will be reflected as EPW-AUD-5012-1.1
  • Upon meeting the attendance and assessment(s) criteria, participants will be awarded with a digital Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub, and a Certification of Completion from TÜV SÜD PSB PTE LTD.

    SkillsFuture Credit:

    • Eligible Singapore Citizens can use their SkillsFuture Credit to offset course fee payable after funding.

    Absentee Payroll (AP) Funding:

    • $4.50 per hour, capped at $100,000 per enterprise per calendar year.
    • AP funding will be computed based on the actual number of training hours attended by the trainee.

    Must-have:

    Please ensure that your computer or laptop meets the following requirements.
