Volker Blandow - TUV SUD

Mr. Volker Blandow - Global Head of e-Mobility 

Back in 1991, he started in the field of electric vehicles. From 1994 to 2011 he was a senior strategy consultant in the field of renewable energies, clean transportation technologies and energy storage systems. His specialization has always been electric vehicles powered by fuel cells, hydrogen and batteries. Since 2011 he is heading the electric mobility activities of TÜV SÜD including topics like battery safety, charging infrastructure, high voltage safety. Hydrogen and fuel cell technologies are integral part of the TÜV SÜD e-mobility service portfolio.

 

 

Sebastian Cerne - TUV SUD

Mr. Sebastian Cerne - Chief Technical Officer, e-Mobility

Mr. Cerne got a Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation Engineering and a Master Degree of Engineering in Electric Energy System and Electromobility. He has hands on experience in battery testing for more than 5 years especially in cell, module and PHEV/EV-battery in the scope of abuse-, performance- and endurance testing.
