WHAT IS BPR REGULATION?
The BPR Regulation (Regulation (EU) 528/2012 on biocides) is a European regulation that aims to make the market fairer and safer. It simplifies the approval of active substances and the authorization of biocides, ensuring that only approved ingredients in Europe are used to create biocidal products. Additionally, only biocides with national or Union authorization can be placed on the market on our continent.
