About the course

One of the biggest challenges in safety is getting people to do what they are supposed to do. Your organisation may have conducted safety training, implemented safety procedures and purchased safety equipments to ensure workplace safety. However, it would be difficult to prevent workplace accidents if your employees do not implement what they learnt or follow the safety procedures.

With Behavioural-Based Safety (BBS) process, you can support your organisation in using positive reinforcement to change unsafe individual behaviours and reinforce safe behaviours. As each employee ensures the safety of himself and his coworkers, a strong workplace safety culture can be achieved.
