The work to realise TÜV SÜD @ IBP started in 2016 from the initial site selection. In August 2017, the site was purchased for redevelopment. The momentous groundbreaking ceremony took place on 4th April 2018. Construction of the S$100 million facility was completed in 2020 with a sprawling integrated seven storey office & lab, spanning across 18,900 square meters. The employees in Singapore moved from Science Park to International Business Park in Jan 2021 and the facility was officially opened in Sep 2021.
