This 1-day GDPR Awareness course will give you an introduction to the GDPR’s terminology and purpose. Candidates will learn how to appreciate the necessity of complying with the GDPR – ensuring that personal data is secure and that your organisation does not face a catastrophic fine of up to 20 million Euros or 4% of your annual global turnover. Coming into effect on May 25th, 2018, the GDPR will unify data protection methods across the European Union – ensuring that organisations that process, store, or monitor data take preventative steps to safeguard data belonging to EU citizens.
