Sub-module 1: Creative Design Thinking

• The workshop will ensure participants work through the six stages of the Design Thinking process to facilitate unique and innovative solutions.

• Establish alignment with different stakeholders’ needs and objectives
• Evaluate compromises and establish win-win situations

Sub-module 3: Understanding Sustainability for Business

• Understand the fundamentals of sustainability, sustainability development and the effects of environmental change on business
• Comprehend sustainability strategies and initiatives
• Prepare workplace sustainability policies
• Explain the concept of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) in sustainability

Equip yourself with the knowledge and practical skills to implement ISO standards and establish a robust sustainability management system tailored to your organisation’s needs.

• Sub-module 4: ISO 50001:2018 - Energy Management System: Optimise energy use and reduce costs by learning to design, implement, and maintain an effective energy management system. Achieve operational efficiency and minimize energy consumption.
• Sub-module 5: Life Cycle Assessment (LCA): Master the principles of product environmental impact assessment, from raw material extraction to disposal. Minimise environmental harm and make informed decisions throughout the product life cycle.
• Sub-module 6: ISO 27001:2013 - Information Security Management System: Safeguard your business by building a resilient information security management system. Protect critical data and mitigate cybersecurity risks to ensure business continuity.
• Sub-module 7: ISO 22301 - Business Continuity Management System: Be prepared for any scenario. Develop comprehensive business continuity plans to respond effectively to incidents and disasters, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Sub-module 8: ISO 14064 - Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Management System: Lead the way in climate action by mastering GHG measurement, reduction, and reporting. Help your organisation contribute meaningfully to global sustainability efforts.
