On 13 and 14 May 2019, Europe's leading experts from the food industry will once again meet at the 9th European Food Sure Summit in Amsterdam. This year's agenda is varied and includes topics such as increasing transparency, security against food fraud and reducing waste. TÜV SÜD is a partner of the Summit and has a new service in its bag: eHACCP. TÜV SÜD food experts Ron Wacker, Florian Hilt and Elena Sosna will be on hand to provide information.
The European Food Sure Summit takes place once a year. Many industry experts provide insights into their safety and quality projects, show practical examples from well-known food companies and talk about the challenges currently facing the industry. The event is the ideal opportunity for food specialists to exchange ideas.
TÜV SÜD will be providing information on its entire range of safety testing and inspection services in the food sector at Stand 14. The focus this year is on a new service: eHACCP. It supports users in reducing administrative effort and facilitates the process of implementing quality management and HACCP in their facilities. Visitors can find out more at the stand, see a demo of the new service and find out about the company's other services. Elena Sosna will also be giving a lecture on 14 May 2019 at 10.05 a.m. on the subject: "Click, Swipe, Sign! – Going paperless with digital HACCP reporting".
