Posh Trainer Program

This program aims at training individuals who want to enhance their knowledge on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) and for officials handling sexual harassment internal committees. It has been developed to inform about the general responsibilities relating to equal opportunity and anti-discrimination obligations. It will help the participants recognize sexual harassment, object such behavior and explain the importance of reporting and addressing such behavior, in a simple and engaging manner.

• Understand the supreme court guidelines & legislative initiatives

• This program is to train the trainers who can further train their local teams with knowledge and skills needed to create a safe work environment.

• Recognise sexual harassment, object such behavior and explain the importance of reporting and addressing such behavior, in a simple and engaging manner.
• Understand the legal framework towards addressing sexual harassment at the workplace.
• Review the consequences and impact of sexual harassment.

• After completion of the course, participants will receive access to a POSH E-Learning program. After completion of the E-Learning program, participants will receive a course completion certificate.
