Course objective

The VDA 6.3 process audit is an effective procedure for assessing processes in connection with planning and manufacturing of a product. In order to conduct VDA 6.3 process audits, comprehensive knowledge, experience and competence is necessary. Thus, the qualification of relevant personnel is indispensable. After successful completion of the qualification for VDA 6.3 process auditor, the question arises of continuous further development: Again and again, while conducting audits in practice, auditors will encounter situations in which handling or appropriately assessing requirements leads to uncertainties. This training offers the chance to discuss such situations in everyday audit practice with the participants and an expert, and to determine the appropriateness and application of requirements and assessments.

• In the practical part, audit preparation, audit planning, the execution of process audits with final evaluation and the presentation of results (final discussion) are trained in role plays and according to given scenarios

Already qualified VDA 6.3 Auditor/s who want/s to renew their auditor qualification and not meeting 5 minimum audit logs with 10 days duration criteria, can attend this workshop.

Prerequisites

This workshop is aimed at already certified Process Auditor VDA 6.3 (2016). For the efficiency of the workshop it is also necessary that the participants have a comprehensive knowledge of the VDA 6.3 questionnaire and the evaluation-relevant requirements.
