Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Control Plans reduce the complexity of product quality planning for customers and suppliers by allowing customers to easily communicate their product quality planning requirements to their suppliers. Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is the industry standard that ensures engineering design and product specification requirements are met. These quality core tools are building blocks to effectively create and manage an organization’s quality management system.
TÜV SÜD provides a day long workshop on Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). This course helps participants to achieve Internal or Second Party Auditor competence to meet IATF 16949:2016 requirement and comply with IATF 16949:2016 Certification requirements. The program addresses in-depth awareness and knowledge development on APQP & PPAP. It also focuses on PPAP and PSW bases the requirements of IATF 16949. It provides hands-on training on APQP and its relationship with program management to give the requisite knowledge and skills required to introduce new products and processes smoothly.

Qualification test of 50 Marks will be conducted.
TÜV SÜD South Asia will issue completion certificates to participants who score a minimum of 70% marks bases their performance in the Learning Check (Test). Participants scoring less marks, will receive a participation certificate.
