ABOUT THE COURSE

This program aims at training individuals who want to enhance their knowledge on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) and for officials handling sexual harassment internal committees. It has been developed so as to inform about the general responsibilities relating to equal opportunity and anti-discrimination obligations. It will help the participants recognize sexual harassment, object such behavior and explain the importance of reporting and addressing such behavior, in a simple and engaging manner.
