About the FSSC 22000 Ver 5.1 LEAD AUDITOR COURSE

The FSSC 22000 lead auditor training course based on version 5.1 is structured to provide an overall understanding of ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system requirements, sector- specific pre-requisite program (PRPs) requirements (ISO/TS 22002-x-series or other specific PRP standard), FSSC 22000 additional requirements along with an understanding of the key elements of ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021 standards. This food safety lead auditor training course has been made in-line with international registers and guidelines.

This 5- day FSSC 22000 lead auditor training course is a CQI & IRCA accredited training program conducted by our experienced auditors and tutors, who have relevant experience in auditing and have provided trainings to numerous organisations from diverse industries. They will share their experiences and knowledge on the standard's requirements so as to facilitate you while conducting audits.

After completing the FSSC 22000 lead auditor training course, you will receive a globally recognised TÜV SÜD certificate. This course satisfies the training requirements for becoming a CQI-IRCA approved FSSC 22000 auditor.

Prerequisites

Note: Anyone with the need to audit an organisation’s FSSC 22000 Ver 5.1. Prior knowledge in standard/ work will be added advantage for this course.

Recommend prior knowledge: 

  • With regards to experience in food chain, HACCP, GMP, GHP, etc.
  • Understanding of relevant food safety legislation & pre-requisite programs.
  • A prior knowledge on the ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-1 and FSSC 22000 additional requirements.

Exam details (duration, pattern)

Participants will be assessed throughout the course

1.Continuous Evaluation: Punctuality, presentation skills, interactive approach, involvement, role-play, daily tests, etc.

2. Written Examination: (Close book) at the end of the course.

*Study materials and other materials will not be allowed during the exam for reference.
Total Marks for Examination:
90 (Passing Marks – 63)

Certification

Participants completing the course will be presented with a TÜV SÜD certificate along with CQI/IRCA mark, which is renowned in certification and carries worldwide acceptance.

Participants who score a minimum of 70% in the food safety auditor training in both the continuous assessment and written examination will be issued a certificate of achievement, while participants who are unable to achieve the minimum passing score will be issued a certificate of attendance.
