Rapid development in technology, has transformed our lives. It has also altered the global food production & service, supply chain and allied industries involved to ensure that the farm to fork approach provides safe and wholesome food to the consumer. To ensure the food being produced is safe for human and animal consumption, one of the solutions to adopt is ISO 22000, Food safety management systems – Requirements for any organisation in the food chain.
