Course Outline

This advanced course is developed to fulfil persistent feedback from participants of FSCP Level-1 course to understand the practical applications of SIL allocation and verification techniques as recommended by IEC 61508/61511. Hence, the entire course is devised as a workshop and hands-on training in application of these techniques using various case studies and examples. The course deals with variants of HAZOP, analysis using detailed LOPA, developing SRS and PFD calculations using simplified equations and RBD.

Certificate of Successfully completion for “Functional Safety Engineer” (FSEr) Level 1 in accordance with IEC 61511/IEC 61508
