about the Course

The common challenge in the Automotive Industry has distributed teams. Considering the use case of OEM and Tier 1 with execution in an Agile world, a common framework and approach are required for successful delivery. Agile Collaboration means that contractors and customer development teams cooperate across organizational borders in an agile manner – and frequently also in a scaled agile way – to develop a product together. The automotive industry has recognized the need to formalize this style of cooperation and has published a set of guidelines for Agile Collaboration across company borders.
