The 13th public consultation of the REACH Candidate List will end on 16 April 2015. Only two substances have been proposed for inclusion as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs).
One substance is a phthalate and another substance is a dioxane compound.
If both proposed substances are identified as SVHCs then they will be included in the Candidate List, which is expected to be updated in June 2015. The Candidate List will then have 163 SVHCs.
Table A gives the substance name, identification numbers (CAS and EC), the reason for proposing and the potential application(s).
