This e-learning course is for wastewater treatment operators and those seeking to build a career as a water and wastewater treatment plant operator. Based on the wastewater treatment system operator qualification training curriculum, as suggested in the ZDHC Guideline, it aims to provide the necessary understanding to enable the participants to demonstrate they can meet the expectations of ZDHC Guidelines and pass the exams.
As a part of the course curriculum, operator competency is tested at multiple levels (Level 1 - 5, and Level 1A - 5A for those operators who work on wastewater treatment systems that implement activated sludge technology) depending on the scope of individual responsibilities in the ZDHC Guidelines. Basic physical/chemical treatment is the fundamental knowledge required for all operator qualification levels. Online training course I.
