Asset Integrity Management (AIM) is a concept that refers to managing an asset (such as a power plant or refinery) to guarantee that its capacity to fulfil its function efficiently and effectively is maintained. AIM ensures that the right processes, procedures and tools are in place for your plant assets to function safely, effectively, and efficiently at every stage of their lifecycle. It also takes into account the health, safety and environmental regulations. It applies to the operation of an asset from designing to installation, functioning, and decommissioning.
