The VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Qualification training equips participants with the skills and knowledge to perform process audits according to the VDA 6.3:2023 standard. This programme covers the three types of audits—Remote, Onsite, and Hybrid—and explains their differences and applicable conditions. It includes an extensive overview of the VDA 6.3 content, empowering participants to effectively analyse processes, identify weaknesses, assess risks, and drive improvements.

This course is designed for professionals in Quality Management, New Product Development (Product & Process Engineering, R&D, Technology), Supply Chain Management, Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Inspection. It is ideal for personnel responsible for conducting internal or supplier process audits, as well as external auditors operating as service providers.

Examination & Certification 

The qualification process includes a knowledge test conducted after four days of training comprising 20 objective-type questions. A minimum score of 60% (12 correct answers) is required to pass and proceed to the Day 5 exam for official certification. Successful participants receive a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Qualification e-Certificate. For auditor certification with a registered number and validity period from VDA QMC Germany, the Day 5 oral exam must be taken to meet customer-specific requirements.
