Module 1: Introduction and Need for Appointment of a Product Safety & Conformity Management Representative (PSCR) 

Module 2: Product Integrity Organisation and Structure 

Module 3: Ensuring Product Integrity over the Product Life Cycle 

Module 4: Product Safety-related Examples, Tools and Techniques for Managing Product Integrity Cases 

Module 5: Case Studies and Practical Exercises

This course is ideal for managers and personnel within the automotive industry appointed as, or preparing to become, Product Safety & Conformity Representatives. 

Pre-Requisites

Participants should have a broad understanding of the automotive industry and its supply chain, including:

• Knowledge of products and the product life cycle 
• Technical or business management training 
• Experience in automotive quality management, particularly in handling rejects and claims 
• Familiarity with technical product and process risk evaluation (e.g., FMEA, VDA 6.3 audits, risk assessment tools) 
• Awareness of product applications within their company and current technological standards 
• Basic knowledge of relevant legislation and customer requirements

Examination & Certification 

At the end of this two-day training, participants will undertake an online examination. A minimum score of 60% is required to pass. Successful candidates will receive the E-VDA Product Safety & Conformity Representative qualification certificate. Those who do not pass will be awarded a certificate of attendance.
