- Understand the various methods of auditor evaluation.
- Understand the activities involved in the audit phases (i.e., planning, conducting, reporting and follow-up) in accordance with ISO 19011.

Examination & Certification
An online examination will be conducted at the end of the course.
- The exam duration is 100 minutes.
- Passing Criteria: 70% overall and 50% in each section.
Certification:
- IRCA & CQI certified course completion certificate: Will be awarded only if an overall score of 70% or higher in both the continuous assessment and written examination.
- Certificate of Attendance: Will be awarded only if the attendance requirements are satisfied and if the participant is unsuccessful in the online final examination.
