An effective Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) aligned with ISO 22301:2019 helps organisations ensure uninterrupted operations of critical processes. To support your organisation in implementing and auditing BCMS effectively, TÜV SÜD offers a comprehensive five-day ISO 22301 Lead Auditor Training Course.

This course is designed to provide in-depth understanding of the ISO 22301:2019 standard and equip participants with the skills required to conduct effective audits in line with ISO 19011:2018. The training includes case studies, role-plays, and interactive exercises to enhance practical learning.

Pre-requisites

Participants are expected to have prior knowledge of:

• Management systems and the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle
• Basic concepts of Business Continuity Management
• ISO/IEC 22301 and ISO 22313 requirements
• Use of Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment to develop strategies and responses
• Common BCMS terms and definitions as per ISO 22300

Note: This course is not intended to fill gaps in knowledge of the standard itself, but rather to build on existing understanding in an audit context. Relevant documentation or proof of prior knowledge is required.

Examination & Certification

Participants will be assessed throughout the course for punctuality, presentation skills, interactive approach, involvement, role-play, daily tests etc. and finally through a written examination at the end of the course. The exam will be a virtual, objective based.

To successfully complete the course, participants must achieve an overall passing score of 70% combining both the continuous assessments and the final written exam.

Certification:

TÜV SÜD South Asia as Approved Training Partner of CQI IRCA fulfills all compliances of the course PR363: BCMS ISO 22301:2019 Lead Auditor. Participants who will score 70% and above in both the continuous assessment and written examination will be issued an CQI (Charted Quality Institute) & IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors) registered certificate on successful completion of the course. Participants who successfully complete the ISO 22301 lead auditor course will also be presented with the CQI-IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors) registered ‘Certificate of Achievement’ once TÜV SÜD is awarded with the accreditation from CQI IRCA. Participants who are not able to qualify for the passing certificate, will be issued a certificate of attendance from TÜV SÜD South Asia.
