Through this 2-day course, you will gain insights into the initiative and learn to implement the BE Framework in your organization. You will discover how you can identify opportunities for improvement & enhance your systems and processes, enabling you to drive your transformation efforts and business growth plans.

This seminar is specially designed for:

• Management, HR, and Business Unit representatives from enterprises in Singapore, in particular, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore.
• SMEs are defined as companies with:
  • At least 30% local shareholding, and;
  • Group annual sales turnover of not more than SGD 100 million OR Group employment size of not more than 200 employees.

As an astute strategist, Carol has rich experiences working with the C-level in areas including Strategic HR, Talent Management, Leadership Coaching, Compensation and Employee Benefits Design, Employer Value Proposition, Employer Branding, Organisational Development and Change Management to align the overall organisational goals for driving business excellence. She has distinguished achievements in introducing best practices in organisations through consultancy work in business improvement and/or work redesign projects, helping clients in getting certification in ISO 9000 Quality Management System, People Developer Standards, Singapore Quality Class, School Excellence Model and being a senior member of the assessment team for Singapore Business Excellence Model.
