Meet product quality requirements and specifications for Additive Manufacturing Implementations
Additive Manufacturing (AM) or 3D printing is a relatively new manufacturing technology. As Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) look to adopt these new technology for their operations, we want to enable SMEs to meet product quality requirements and specifications for AM.
This program is aligned to capability development objectives of Enterprise Singapore (ESG) programs and supported by National Additive Innovation Manufacturing Clusters (NAMIC).
This program is developed by TÜV SÜD to support SMEs to achieve quality and consistency in industrial additive manufacturing by adopting standards and certification. It is applicable to all industry verticals. Through this program, we want to help accelerate the go-to-market capabilities by looking at the quality and process framework. Training will be provided to determine the right methods.
TÜV SÜD Industrial AM quality program can help additive manufacturing companies to achieve quality and consistency in industrial additive manufacturing.
Dual-stage audit is conducted based on DIN SPEC 17071, ISO/ASTM PWI 52920-2 and TÜV SÜD internal quality requirements to achieve Industrial AM manufacturer quality management system
Our experts have vast experience in terms of Additive manufacturing facility setup, operation and materials/final product testing and inspection, experience in quality management systems in various industries. We are on the front line of the additive manufacturing revolution, staying up to date with the latest standards and techniques through our participation in the ISO/ASTM 261 and DIN CEN/TC 438 standardisation committees.
