Companies large, medium and small are constantly looking to develop their internal capabilities to remain competitive and relevant to i4.0 strategies. You will often be presented with several areas to improve internally, but have limited resources and capital to make all the improvements concurrently.

The SIRI Programme consists of a suite of frameworks and tools to help manufacturers – regardless of size and industry – start, scale, and sustain their manufacturing transformation journeys.

Course Description

The SIRI Assessor Training Course will equip industry practitioners with the requisite industry knowledge and skills to become a Certified SIRI Assessor (“CSA”). The curriculum covers Industry 4.0, SIRI frameworks and tools, business consulting concepts, and the methodology for conducting an Official SIRI Assessment. The SIRI Assessor Training Course is conducted over 40 hours of classroom training. TÜV SÜD is an Approved Training Provider to offer the SIRI Assessor Training Course.

Industry practitioners looking to become a Certified SIRI Assessor (CSA), and in-house Subject Matter Experts from manufacturing companies, who are keen to better understand the frameworks and tools used in the SIRI Assessment to conduct internal, informal assessments for their own firms are welcome to enrol for the SIRI Assessor Training Course.


The SIRI Assessor Training Course is a 5-day programme covering:

  • Industry 4.0
  • SIRI frameworks and tools
  • Business consulting
  • Methodology for conducting an Official SIRI Assessment

Who should attend?

Industry practitioner keen to take a proactive, advisory role in catalysing manufacturing transformation.

No pre-requisite required to attend the SIRI Assessor Training.

The training will consist of a case study exercise/quiz/exam/focus group.

A certificate of completion will be presented upon completion of the 5-day SIRI Assessor Training Programme. Upon successful completion of the CSA Examinations the participant will be certified as a Certified SIRI Assessor.

Prior to joining TÜV SÜD, Keith was a Technical Training professional at Emerson FLMC and Mercedes-Benz with a combined tenure of more than a decade. His expertise in Industrial Automation was developed over 13 years in Omron’s Singapore distributor experiencing a wide variety of roles from technical to business (sales, marketing and business development). In between, he also had an “adventure” as an entrepreneur developing an energy monitoring device from his home.

Pushkar Yashvant Pendse
Principal Consultant, Industry 4.0

Pushkar obtained his PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Maryland College Park, USA, specialising in high-performance computing. Prior to joining TÜV SÜD, he worked as a principal engineer at Pfizer, where he led innovation projects on process modelling, digital twins and advanced analytics in a manufacturing environment. He also has experience in the design and development of pharmaceutical drugs. As a part of the I4.0 segment, his work involves developing and delivering advanced manufacturing solutions for process industries with a primary focus on pharma manufacturing.
