122 Waterloo Street is the first phase of the wider Bothwell Exchange development and extends to 155Kft2. It was pre-let to Morgan Stanley and offers office accommodation which is resilient and flexible.

Originally designed as a Cat A, it incorporated tenant enhancements to assist the follow-on fit out contract. The facilities incorporated a restaurant and gym.

The electrical design in particular focussed on the business critical nature of the operation.

The lifts operate on a Destination Control System.
