We add value to our clients across many sectors including residential, nuclear and commercial by effectively and efficiently collecting, managing and analysing their asset data. This enables them to make informed decisions about their property portfolios, saving them considerable time and money.
We are in a unique position to offer you a truly impartial advisory service as we do not provide design services. This allows us to give independent verification, feeding back a true reflection of a project’s BIM/digital status.

Assessment of processes, procedures, workflows and BIM/Digital knowledge within an organisation or across a project team. We will report on our findings, offer efficiency gains and steps to reach your aspirations.
BIM/Digital/Information Management advisory for a project, framework or within an organisation. Assistance to apply the UK BIM Framework/ISO 19650 roles, processes and documentation.
We are also able to offer advisory related to the Building Safety Bill and the creation of the Golden Thread of Information for assets.
Training across a number of topics and software related to BIM/Digital within construction including:
Verification/Information Management
We can take on the role of Information Manager for the full life cycle of a project or framework to ensure the design/construction information meets your Information Requirements. Coordination/clash detection can also be provided to ensure clashes are mitigated and give you visibility of the design progress.
We will collate your organisational or project Information Requirements, implement them on a project or across a range of assets. If required, we can host the data for the client or project on a secure UK-based online platform. We are also able to undertake scanning of existing assets to create 3D data rich asset models. These models can be used as the starting point to creation of a Digital Twin or to align with the Building Safety Bill by maintaining the Golden Thread of Information.
