National Engineering Laboratory’s stack emissions monitoring provision offers clients a reliable, experienced service, gained through provision of monitoring services to the Environment Agency and SEPA. We are a UKAS accredited testing laboratory, No.0432, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 and CEN/TS 15675:2007 for emissions monitoring projects. Our organisation is certified under the MCERTS scheme and our experienced personnel hold the appropriate MCERTS qualifications. We are also certified to ISO 9001 for all non-accredited activities, such as consultancy. Operating to these quality standards provides assurance that we fully meet the exacting requirements of the UK regulatory bodies.

WHAT IS ENERGY FROM WASTE?

Energy from Waste is about taking waste and turning it into a useable form of energy. This can include electricity, heat and transport fuels. This can be done in a range of ways with thermal treatment being the most well known.
