With many UK manufacturers looking not at just a UK market but also continuing selling their products in Europe and beyond, we need to understand how we can move forwards beyond Brexit.

Dai Davis, being both a Lawyer and Chartered Engineer is well placed to explore these issue. He holds Masters degrees in both Physics and Computer Science. He is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. Dai has for decades consistently been recommended in the Legal 500 and in Chambers Guides to the Legal Profession. Having been national head of Intellectual Property Law and later national head of Information Technology law at Eversheds, Dai is now a partner in his own specialist law practice, Percy Crow Davis & Co.
He has a nationwide legal practice and travels regularly throughout the UK. Dai advises clients on intellectual property in Information Technology products, and all types of computer and technology law issues including such topical matters as Data Protection, Open Source, IT Security and Cloud Computing issues. Dai is a non-executive director of FAST (The Federation Against Software Theft) and a Freeman of the City of London through the WCIT (Worshipful Company of Information Technologists).

Jon has more than 30 years’ experience working in the areas of test and certification over a diverse range of products primarily at a test and certification laboratory.
He is currently the TÜV SÜD UK Certification Manager for a team of engineers dealing with various certification schemes. He is the global TÜV SÜD RED Senior Product Speciallist for all TÜV SÜD RED notified bodies and is RED appointed under NB0123(DE), NB0168(GB) and NB2443(DK). His most recent technical focus has been on the evolving complexities of placing 5G New Radio Base Stations and User Equipment on the European market and Cybersecurity.
Rob Campling has been assisting manufacturers with their Global Market Access requirements for 10 years, working in multiple positions across the TIC industry globally. In this time Rob has helped to obtain 1000’s of certificates for 100’s of Manufacturers and their products, across 99% of the worlds countries.
Primarily he has helped Wireless Electronics Manufacturers, where they arguably face tougher regulatory requirements; but he is able to advise, assist, and ultimately help certify any electrical product, to be placed on any market.
