Calibrating and Operating Coriolis Meters

The purpose of this webinaris to provide the end user with the correct methodology for calibrating Coriolis meters.

Online 14:00 BST

The purpose of this presentation will be to highlight the influence of elevated temperatures, pressures, and viscosities on Coriolis flow meters and to provide the end user with the correct methodology for calibrating Coriolis meters for these conditions. The presentation will also highlight the requirement for the ISO standard 10790 to be updated given the current knowledge level.

Focus Topics

  • Temperature, pressure and viscosity variations are known to influence the overall measurement uncertainty.
  • NEL have built and commissioned a fully accredited elevated pressure and temperature (EPAT) liquid flow facility to allow calibrations at service conditions
  • This work provides traceable data on the performance of Coriolis flow meters
