Online 15:30 - 17:00 CESTDemand for olive oil is globally on the rise and it is one of the most tampered food products. TÜV SÜD’s Competence Centre for Olive Oil is a highly specialized laboratory recognized by the International Olive Council for chemical testing and the only fully private and independent panel of assessors in Italy that carries out the olive oil organoleptic evaluation. Based in the heart of Tuscany, our Italian experts are extremely familiar with the typical challenges of purchasing a living agro-product.
Aimed at retailers and importers, the workshop discusses in depth chemical and sensorial monitoring programs that fix the why and how of specific QA measures for olive oil. More we will briefly introduce the evaluation of risk assessment related to minimize the MOSH/MOAH content in olive oil.
We are currently working on a further event dedicated to oil producers.
